1. General provisions

1.1. These terms define the rules for placing orders and receiving services in the duo.lv online store (hereinafter – Store).
1.2. The Store may modify these terms at any time, notifying users via the website or e-mail.
1.3. By registering and placing an order, the user agrees to these terms and confirms that they have read the Store’s Privacy Policy.

2. Placing an order

2.1. The user selects products, adds them to the cart, chooses delivery and payment methods, and confirms the order.
2.2. Order confirmation is sent to e-mail.

3. Delivery & costs

3.1. Available delivery methods and costs: Delivery.
3.2. Orders are delivered to the specified addresses, parcel lockers, or store pickup points.

4. Payments

4.1. Payment methods are shown during checkout.
4.2. Payment is considered successful once the Store receives confirmation from the payment provider.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. The user may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Store of their decision to withdraw from the Agreement by sending the withdrawal form WORD format; PDF format. The notice of withdrawal or the withdrawal form should be sent electronically to: ✉️ [email protected]
5.3. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
5.4. Refunds are issued after receiving and checking the product.

6. Warranty & product compliance

6.1. All products have a manufacturer’s warranty indicated in the product description.
6.2. If the warranty period is less than 2 years, the buyer still has the right to claim within 2 years from purchase.
6.3. Warranty applies only if the product is used according to instructions and not damaged due to misuse.

7. Liability

7.1. The Store is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or incorrect data provided.
7.2. The Store is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties.

8. Personal data

8.1. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
8.2. Data is used for order fulfillment, delivery, payment processing, and, if consented, marketing.
