All products offered in our online store come with a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty, ensuring that the item meets quality and safety requirements.

🔧 Warranty period

• Each product has its own specific warranty period determined by the manufacturer or supplier. The warranty duration is indicated in the product description.

• If the warranty period is shorter than 2 years, the customer is still entitled to submit a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia (Article 27).

⚙️ Warranty validity

The warranty applies only if:

• the product is used according to the manufacturer’s instructions;

• no unauthorised repairs, modifications or mechanical damage have been made;

• the product has not been used under improper or unsuitable conditions (e.g. moisture, heat, power fluctuations, etc.).
